You are in safe hands

To ensure you have confidence that Michael will guide you through every step of the process.

His methodology is highly efficient, and follows an easy-as-ABC approach:

A)

To understand your business premises better, Michael offers an entirely free on-site, no obligation Pre-Survey:

– An initial visit to your premises to give you an accurate quotation so you can make an informed decision concerning the service you will receive

    • To discuss the process of surveying your building and appropriate exterior access
    • Taking Michael O’Shea on a tour of your premises to familiarise him with the area
    • Michael will answer any questions you may have
    • Walk you through what a typical report looks like and how best to respond
    • Michael will give you a quote on-site at this visit
    • Book in your Access Audit at this meeting, if you would like to proceed

B)

The day of the scheduled Accessibility Audit Survey

  • Michael himself will efficiently and carefully carry out a comprehensive survey
  • He will survey every square foot of your premises inside and out, where the public, employees and contractors have access
  • Notes will be extensively made of detailed observations and measurements taken following an agreed timeframe
  • Michael appreciates your business services come first, so he may need to pause at times to allow for access

C)

Processing of the gathered survey data

  • With years of experience and expertise, Michael will create your unique Accessibility Audit Report in response to the on-site survey
  • Your report will include easy-to-follow guidance to make reasonable adjustments where appropriate, ensuring you become fully compliant with current compliance laws and in the pipeline changes to accessibility regulations, including a traffic light system, taking into account budget and priority
  • This professional report will include everything you need to know, and where you can access the practical support to make any advised recommendations
  • Once created, Michael will visit your premises to have a meeting to guide you through your confidential personalised Accessibility Audit Report and will present it to you and offer ongoing support
